Care sessions are led by either a certified coach or therapist, depending on your recommended care plan. These 1:1 sessions provide a safe space for you to share struggles, learn coping skills, and identify action steps to feel better.
In the beginning of the program, care sessions typically occur on a weekly basis, then move to monthly once you feel symptom relief. Care sessions are always virtual for your convenience.
