Kate started her career in technology investment banking working with software companies on public offerings and acquisitions. She then transitioned to industry and spent 20 years working with early-stage software companies in business and corporate development roles as well as operations. 

Due to a lifelong interest, she transitioned to healthcare and most recently was the VP of Operations at a mental health start-up serving the BIPOC population. She joined FamilyWell because of the mission and is thrilled to be part of this amazing team!
