Lead Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach

Danielle is our Lead Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach who is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International, & also a mom.

Her background is in caregiving and in Social Services developing collaborative care plans to support patients through their health journeys. Danielle is also on the Board of Directors for a local organization that provides support to new parents in the community, including warm line support services, postpartum outreach, new parent support groups, Baby Basics Classes, & PMAD support.

In all of her roles, Danielle loves learning about how each individual she meets sees the world uniquely. She is an empathetic communicator & appreciates how many different ways there are to connect with other humans. Based on her lived experiences, Danielle is passionate about normalizing open conversations about not always loving parenting, especially during the newborn phase.

“I am passionate about bringing humor to situations and reminding parents that two things can exist at the same time: you can love your children and also not like certain phases of parenting.”
