Cecelia started her career on Wall Street as a hedge fund accountant. After the market crash of 2008 and seeing the harsh reality of Wall Street, she shifted her career to focus on private companies. It was there where she found her passion in helping small / mid-level businesses reach their potential by identifying their shortcomings and implementing processes and procedures. 15 years later, Cecelia has helped companies in the mental health, automotive, construction, technology, and water operations succeed and grow exponentially.

After becoming a mom it was important for her to work for a company which had a purpose. This is exactly what she has found at FamilyWell and looks forward to having the opportunity to be a part of their journey!
