When you partner with FamilyWell, you’re implementing a rigorously tested framework backed by decades of research.

Deliver Measurable Results

Clinical research demonstrates that CoCM reduces depressive symptoms by at least 50% and significantly improves access to care. With FamilyWell, 95% of patients experience meaningful clinical improvement within just four months.

Ready to integrate proven mental health services into your practice?

Let's Talk
  • The collaborative care model (CoCM) is a proven, evidence-based approach with over 100 clinical trials establishing its validity across multiple medical specialties, including in Obstetrics.

The CoCM model was adopted by Medicare in 2017, and many state Medicaid plans and commercial plans have adopted the model across the country. In the perinatal patient population, the CoCM model decreases depressive symptoms by at least 50%, reduces health disparities, and improves access to care.

  • Yes, your practice can bill for FamilyWell's collaborative care services through most large commercial and Medicaid plans in many states, and there are no implementation fees to integrate FamilyWell’s services into your clinic’s workflow.

FamilyWell does not bill insurance plans directly for its CoCM services. We will generate claims that your clinic’s billing team can submit immediately and provide continued support so that your practice can effectively generate revenue from the services we provide. We will work closely with you to integrate FamilyWell into your clinical and billing workflows. Our goal is to make this seamless and easy for you, while ensuring your patient gets the best mental healthcare they need.

Contact FamilyWell to determine if your practice is located in a state that qualifies for CoCM billing.

  • Yes! We support both OB and Gyn patients across the full spectrum of women's health—from infertility and preconception counseling to perinatal mood disorders, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, NICU experiences, and perimenopause through menopause.

  • There are no implementation fees to integrate FamilyWell’s services into your clinic’s workflow. After onboarding is complete, we charge a flat fee for members that enroll in the collaborative care program.

We work with you to ensure that the Collaborative Care Codes are reimbursable through your payer relationships. That way, your practice can capture untapped revenue by integrating FamilyWell’s behavioral health services into your clinical workflow.

  • Every patient referred to FamilyWell begins with a complimentary introductory call with a coach, followed by a comprehensive intake and personalized care plan from a licensed therapist. Based on their specific needs and symptom severity, patients receive tailored support—including weekly virtual coaching, therapy and psychiatry sessions. With this personalized approach, 95% of patients achieve meaningful symptom relief within just four months.
